Es un producto que está compuesto por cefalexina, que es un antimicrobiano que está indicado en infecciones bacterianas del sistema respiratorio, genitourinario, en tejidos blandos, osteomielitis y otitis. Actúan contra gérmenes Gram (+) y Gram (-). La Cefalexina es bien absorbida, con rapidez y casi por completo por vía oral; el alimento tiene escasa influencia sobre su absorción. Los niveles séricos máximos en perros y gatos son alcanzados entre 1.8 y 2.6 horas después de la administración por vía oral y su biodisponibilidad es casi del 75% en ambas especies.
