INDICACIONES: La Gentamicina. Es un antibiótico aminoglucósido que actúa contra gérmenes gram (+) y gram (-) en infecciones de la piel y tejidos blandos, inhibe la síntesis proteica bacteriana. La Terbinafina es una alilamina con una actividad fungicida pronunciada. Inhibe selectivamente la síntesis temprana de ergosterol, que es un componente esencial de la membrana de levaduras y hongos, incluyendo Malassezia pachydermatis. Betametasona pertenece a la clase diésteres de los glucocorticosteroides con una actividad glucocorticoide intrínseca potente que alivia la inflamación y prurito dando lugar a una mejora de los signos clínicos observados en la otitis externa. Para el tratamiento de la otitis externa aguda y la exacerbación aguda de la otitis externa recurrente asociada con staphylococcus pseudintermedios y Malassezia pachydermatis.
